BUYER/PURCHASER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This is a legal agreement between you, the buyer/purchase, and Beyer Online Auction.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR BID UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE. BY BIDDING YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS LISTED BELOW.
ALL items are purchased as is where is with no warrant or guarantee. No refunds on any items. You are encouraged to inspect items before purchasing.
All items are subject to a buyer’s premium of 13%.
After 14 calendar days any items not payed for will be charged onto the card required when registering. All purchases must be removed from the auction site without damaging any property within 10 business days unless otherwise posted. All costs, responsibility and risk of such removal is done by the buyer and the buyer will use prudence and care in removal. If for any reason, the buyer fails to remove any paid purchases within 14 calendar days Beyer Online Auction has the right to recall, guard or remove and store purchases at the buyer’s sole risk and expense. Storage costs begin per day per item and other costs may be additional. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer after 14 calendar days. Any item(s) not paid for and picked up after 14 calendar from the close of a sale can be considered abandoned and becomes the property of Beyer Online Auction. After 14 calendar days the Buyer’s Premium can be increased up to 20% and Beyer Online Auction is not obligated to keep items they consider to be abandoned. Beyer Online Auction can relisted or dispose of any items that are considered abandoned.
All bidders are subject to Michigan’s State Sales Tax of 6% unless you provide documentation showing exemption. Coins and Titled Vehicles are exempt from Michigan State Sales Tax. All titled items (vehicles) will receive a bill of sale and other required legal documentation if applicable and it is the buyer’s responsibility to take the title to a Michigan Department of Motor Vehicles and register/transfer ownership.
All items will sell AS IS WHERE IS. There is no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability, usability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter whatsoever of type or nature. All sales are FINAL. All buyers are encouraged to inspect the item. No bids can be withdrawn from the auction for any reason. Buyers agree to these terms as well as other terms that can be amended or revised only in writing and signed by the Beyer Online Auction. Buyers also agree that any oral representations made by Beyer Online Auction shall not modify AS IS WHERE IS terms. All information and descriptions provided by the sell and contained in the sale of the items are believed to be correct and factual but is not guaranteed. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own information, judgments and inspections of the item. New data, corrections or changes could be made after the start of a sale. It is recommended to inspect and consider any new information and changes before the final sale of an item.
Posting and closing times are displayed on the website. Buyer Online Auction reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at its discretion. All times are Eastern Time. Soft Close bidding: the soft close bid on this website is a feature that does not allow any item to sell at the end of the auction until there is 5 minutes of bidding inactivity. An example of this: an item has a bid on at 7:56 PM and auction is scheduled to close at 8:00 PM when the bid is placed the anytime will automatically extend to 8:06 PM when another bid is placed at 8:05 PM the auction will extend to 8:15 PM. This will give another bidder 5 minutes to place another bid. If no bids are placed, the sale will conclude at 8:15 PM. The key to the soft close bidding feature is that the auction is extended from the present closing time in 5 minute increments.
If for any reason Beyer Online Auction is unable to complete the sale of a purchase to the buyer, even if the buyer was given notice that he is the high bidder and purchases, the buyer agrees that Beyer Online Auction may terminate the agreement and is only liable to return any money actually paid by the buyer.
